Drawing production elements

Our company manufactures pull-out cones and rollers for different types of drawing equipment.

This tooling can be made of regular or specially developed steel grades. Unlike other companies which produce parts for drawing production by building of metal working surfaces our company uses diffusion strengthening. The surface is subject to thermodiffusion hardening which increases
hardness of working areas and boosts resistance to attrition.

        Advantages of using our products:

• Increased durability of working areas (more than 4000 machine hours guaranteed);
• Absence of sponginess on working areas;
• Absence of wire adhesion while drawing it from pull-out cones;
• A deeper layer of  hardened surface (to 2 mm) allows multiple polishing;
• Possibility to regulate the properties of the surface layer and the core of the tooling parts;
• Higher (as compared with metal building) stability of tooling parts in delivered products;
