Our inventions
Along with the supply of regular steels our company conducts its own research developing and offering for delivery new tool steels, which ensure higher performance capacity in different.
We have developed and offer for delivery multifunction nitrided die steels used in production of various moulding tooling. Thanks to optimal chemical composition of steels and developed treatment methods, offered steels, when used in tooling production, have a cost-effective price-quality (durability) ratio.

Nitrided high-temperature die steels BIS-1;2;3 for large-dimensioned tooling are used for the production of large forging and pressing tools, like KGSHP, GKM, MKP dies and others.
Nitrided die steels BIS-3;3U;4 for pressing and moulding tools are used in profiles with cut sections up to 250-300 mm for tooling used in high temperature (with the gravure surface heating up to 700°C) and high pressure environment (up to 1200 MPa). For example, they are used to manufacture inserts, top and bottom dies, extruders for alloy hot deforming and many other products. The mentioned steels are used instead of conventional grades like 1.2343.
Nitrided die steels FTA-3;5;6 are used for high-pressure moulding tooling employed at high temperatures for lengthy time intervals.
Cold tooling steel BIS-11 is used for the production of cold deforming tooling and high-pressure parts.
Die steel BIS-12 is employed for the production of high-pressure cold forming tooling used for cutting, drawing, stamping, and rolling a thread as well as for other similar operations.
Die steel BIS-13 is used to produce cold deforming tools and tooling parts, working at regular temperature.
The choice of heat and combined chemical and heat treatment is determined by the company request and is adjusted to real working conditions for tooling existing at a particular factory.
