Cutting and shaping elements

Our company supplies knives for guillotine shears used for cutting sheets, scrap and metal rolled products, wood, plastic and paper. These shears are employed in machine building, construction, wood processing and many other industries.

Knives are made of high-quality alloyed tool steels 1.2317, 1.2379 and others including those developed by our company in accordance with GOST 5950. To improve knives service properties we can perform hardening of the knife working surface. All customer requirements are taken into consideration.
We conduct research to develop new materials and technologies which will allow enhancing durability of dividing tooling.

We manufacture bottom and top dies for punching equipment.
